I am grateful for all the experiences that allowed me to learn and to grow, either by immersion or through a need that required filling. Here, you can sample a few of the diverse projects I have been involved in, and the experts that I had been fortunate to learn from.
The "Spotlight on Dewpoint" video series showcases Dewpoint Therapeutics' integrated technology in the Boston Seaport laboratory, and a set of shorts showcasing its various aspects, including Chemistry, AI/ML Capabilities, Experimental Infrastructure, Workflow and Infrastructure. This project was done in collaboration with the very talented crew at Midnight Brunch.
The "Targeting condensates" series consists of short animated videos explaining the science behind condensate-targeted drug discovery and its applications to the quest for new, better therapeutics for cancers that are driven by dysfunction in the WNT/beta catenin pathway. I created the animations in Adobe Premiere Pro. The imagery was created in partnership with Visual Sciences or built in BioRender.
I've had the pleasure to work on these projects together with the talented teams from Compete Now and Salience Communication.
www.Dewpointx.com is the corporate website of Dewpoint Therapeutics; I contributed to content and feature updates.
www.Condensates.com is the educational website of Dewpoint Therapeutics; I conceptualized the website structure, content types, and scientific resources resources, manage the content updates and host the Kitchen Table Talk seminar series.
Elevator pitch for DeMix Solutions, LLC.
In addition to peer-reviewed scientific publications, I also (co-)produced thought leadership materials, in support of the condensate science field and the strategic goals of Dewpoint Therapeutics.
"Dewpoint Therapeutics’ vision for biomolecular condensates to revolutionize drug discovery" is a Sponsor Feature article accompanying the Nature Collection "Liquid-liquid phase separation in cells", sponsored by Dewpoint Therapeutics.
"Advancing basic condensate science towards drugging the undruggable" is a thought leadreship article I wrote on behalf of the leadership, summarizing the advancements in the condensate science field, towards applications in drug discovery, over the five years of the company's operations.
"Leveraging the power of molecular communities", published in Drug Discovery World's special eReport ‘Neuroscience: Advances in research and opportunities ahead’, the article discusses how a condensate lens led to the discovery of a promising small molecule that corrects the disease pathology in ALS pre-clinical models.
"[Condensates demystified]: Conventional vs condensate drug targets" is an audio compilation, featuring several scientific leaders at Dewpoint Therapeutics, that explain the rationale for targeting condensates as a therapeutic approach, and provide examples on how this rationale is applied across the company's portfolio.
"[Condensates demystified]: Biomolecular Condensates and the Drugging of the Undruggable: A New Paradigm in Therapeutic Discovery" article reviews the key messages from two original research and one review article, and frames these insights into the current state of the condensate-targeted drug discovery field.
