Strategic Leadership: Directed scientific and corporate communication strategies at Dewpoint Therapeutics, including publication strategy, internal and external communications, and supported materials preparation for regulatory affairs, investor relations, and executive presentations, in alignment with the corporate goals and company's culture.
Organizational Innovation: Conceptualized and led the implementation of Condensates.com redesign to serve as Dewpoint’s educational platform, expand its audience beyond academia, and created research resources based on literature mining.
Scientific Visionary: Discovered foundational rules on how protein structure & dynamics at molecular level contribute to mesoscale structure, emergent properties and function of condensates, at the intersection of structural biology, biophysics and cell biology. Designed and led Dewpoint’s first program that integrated AI/ML into the workflow from the conceptual stage, synergizing the digital needs within the experimental design; this model was adopted and applied company-wide across other programs.
